What is my login information for the Experience?
If you previously held an account in Phi Psi Connect, your Experience login information is the same as you used for Phi Psi Connect. If you are a new user, click Create an Account under the login tab and enter your last name, birthday, chapter of initiation and initiation year. You will then be prompted to enter a username and password for your account.

How do I create an account?
Click on Create An Account under the login tab. Enter your last name, birthday, chapter of initiation and initiation year. If you are a new member or are not yet initiated, be sure to choose Not Initiated under initiation year. Click submit and you will prompted to create a username and password.

I validated my personal information but still can't login, why can't I login?
There are a couple reasons  you may not be able to login to the Experience. First, ensure you are using the proper login credentials by using the Lookup Login page to find your username and if necessary, reset your password.

If using the username and password reset does not work, it is possible you have not actually created an account within the Experience. In order to create an account, click on Create An Account under the login tab. Enter your last name, birthday, chapter of initiation and initiation year. If you are a new member or are not yet initiated, be sure to choose Not Initiated under initiation year. Click submit and you will prompted to create a username and password.

I forgot my username, how do I find it?
Click on Lookup Login under the login tab. Choose lookup my email address for login. Enter your last name, birthday, chapter of initiation and initiation year. If you are a new member or are not yet initiated, be sure to choose Not Initiated under initiation year. Click submit and your username will be displayed on the screen.

I forgot my password, how do I reset it?
Click on Lookup Login under the login tab. Choose lookup my password and enter your email address which you use to login to the Experience. Click submit and a temporary email will be sent to your email address. Use this temporary password to login to the Experience. Be sure to check your junk and spam folders for the email.

I reset my password and still can't login, what should I do?
First, check your username under Lookup Login and be sure your are using the correct username to login. If you are using the proper username, email education@phikappapsi.com and a staff member will assist you.

How do I change my password?
Once you are logged in, click on Update Info underneath your profile on the left side of the page. Click on My Account and enter a new password. Click save and you have now changed your password.

Is the Member Orientation program of the Experience required for all members of the chapter?
No, the Member Orientation program is the new member education program for the Fraternity. The program is required of new members during the six week instructional time administered by the chapter's Fraternity Educator(s). If the chapter would like to use the Member Orientation program for the rest of the active membership, that is allowed and the chapter can determine how much of the program active members should complete. Tracking is possible of each member by the president, fraternity educator(s) and chapter advisor.

Who has administrator access to member tracking?
Each chapter's president, fraternity educator, and chapter advisor has access to track individual member progress through the administrator side of the Experience.

How does our chapter add another Fraternity Educator so each can have access to the administrator side of the Experience?
Your chapter president must email the Fraternity at education@phikappapsi.com confirming the name of any additional Fraternity Educators for your chapter. Once the name has been received, an additional position will be added and should be active within a week.
